We will provide a personalized solution based on your venue size, usage needs, and budget. This includes a detailed equipment layout plan, product list, control system instructions, and more.
Quotation & Proforma Invoice
Once the plan is confirmed, we will issue a quotation and proforma invoice. These documents clearly list all components, quantities, unit prices, total cost, and payment terms for your review and approval.
Deposit Ratio
A deposit of 30%–50% of the total amount is required. Production will begin once the deposit is received.
Payment Methods
We support secure payments via bank transfer, credit card, or through the Alibaba platform.
The production cycle takes approximately 7–15 days. Once completed, we conduct a thorough quality inspection to ensure each product meets 100% of the required standards.
Photos and videos of the finished items will be taken and sent to you for confirmation.
Once you have confirmed the goods and completed the final payment, we will proceed with packaging and shipping.
After dispatch, we will provide the tracking number and keep you updated with the latest logistics status to ensure you’re informed at every step.
